| A: | All online bookings should be made 2 days in advance. For bookings within the next 24 hours please call us to confirm availability. |
| Q: | Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport? |
| A: | Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area. If you have provided your mobile number we will try and contact you if we have difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number so you can ring us if you need to. |
| Q: | Will i be charged if my flight is delayed |
| A: | No we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver. |
| Q: | Will you meet me at any time of day? |
| A: | Yes, we provide a 24 hour service. |
